On 13 Feb 2015 I informed customer care immediately about delivery of broken glass door of OTG for replacement or refund. They asked for 4 w/days. I also complained through email and uploaded several image. But they did not take any action after passing of 20 days. Now on calling to customer care regarding refund of money and reverse pick up of the broken, damaged product, an SMS received that the Return is DECLINED. As per their policy they are supposed to refund money without any question. Images of the damage product sent to them. Please take the issue with shopclues to refund my money immediately. Refund of money. I do not believe on replacement, because Shopclues is not reliable
