I have ordered an air conditioning from SHOPCLUES.COM (online shop) AND fully paid Rs. 34270/= including courier charges. SHOPCLUES.COM assigned GATI courier for delivery. GATI Docket no, 532697148 supposed to be delivered by 9th May’14. The item has reached Kolkata i.e. destination city on 8th May’14. (this can be tracked online by url – http://www.gati.com/webservices/iGatiDktTrck2.jsp?requid=532697148) Today is 15th May’14 and I didn’t get the delivery and no update / call from GATI. I need Rs. 799/= back which was charged for this delivery
