I had ordered 4 air shows car hanging perfurms, the product received was different to the one advertised. I have calling them, writing mails, and post that I am just being hassled. The issue is that the mistake has not been done at my end and I am being made to pay the price. While the amount is only Rs. 550, in principle this approach by the retailer is wrong.

Although the idea is not seek any damages, but just a swift return, but the mental agony I have been made to go through, retailers like “Shopclues” should be taught a lesson
