dear sir i bought as dell mobile phone online from shopcluescom. since last couple of months the touch screen is not working and when i send may man to local dell service center he was told to bring with invoice copy which we could locate till yesterday and when i send my man with the invoice today to your service centere : GROUND FLOOR, NO-6 gLAXIBAZOOR, OPP SNL FINANCIAL, NR. HIMALAYA MALL, SUNRISEPARK ROAD , AHMEDABAD 54 TEL:079-40371313 I was told by them that this phone given to supplier for promotional sale and we can not give support on this. The n i talk to shopclues . they confirmed me that the phone is with 1 year warranty and and they have send me the following mail as proof of my complaint and assured me that they will contact me withing 2 day. My worry is the phone is billed by Mobile city S2-OL MAHAVIR NAGAR, TILAK NAGAR NEW DELHI 110018 ON 13/04/2013 BAY THEIR INVOICE NO 248. AS IAM SITTING ON THE END DATE OF THE WARRANTY PERIOD ONE MORE THING THAT I WOULD MENTION IS THE PHONE IS USED MY WIFE WHO HAS VERY LIMITED USE OF THE PHONE STILL THE TOUCH SCREEN STARTED GIVEING PROBLEM WITH 10 MONTHS.
