Hi Placed two order online in www.shopersstop.com on 13-Apr-2014 (Order #5646152 and 5646176). The order 5646152 was delivered within time. But the order 5646176 was not delivered. I started following up for the status with the customer care and every time customer care said that it will be delivered within next 24 hours. But it was never delivered. Then on 24-Apr-2014 I mailed them stating the story of customer case also I asked for a justification why it was taking so long or it will be delivered in near future or not. On 25-Apr-2014 Cletty Miranda from customer care responded my mail stating “We regret to inform you that your order which was dispatched through Aramex courier is returned to us due to non-serviceable of pincode. Even the other two couriers partners (Bluedart & Delhivery) which we are tied up are not servicing this area. Hence we are processing refund to your order today. The refund shall reflect to your account in 3-5 working days.” I responded stating that I cannot accept their apology as before placing the order I checked in their website if they can deliver to the Pin Code (711205) and their web site responded that they can deliver to the address, so I placed the order. Also told them that I will check option and consult consumer forum.
For sharing wrong information with customer and harassment I want a compensation form shopper stop. So that they do not do this kind of harassment in future with any customer.
