Dear Concern, This is inform you that i was very happy with lee cooper shoes brand and i have using this brand from last seven year, but this time i am not happy with new bought shoes of lee cooper from shoppers stop in alpha mall at vastrapur Ahmedabad. I have purchased lee cooper shoes on the date 13th June 2014 from shopper stop in alpha mall, I had wear the shoes for ten days only from 25th June to 5th July 2014 on regularly but i was not comfortable same as past, this time my left leg shoes was not comfort in leg, its create pain in my leg palm because of pinch. I have submitted both shoes at shopper stop on the date 8th july 2014 for exchange the piece and got acknowledgement of it with sr. no – 1102. I could not wear the shoes because heavy pain in left leg. Please being a trustworthy client accept my genuine query and exchange the shoes as it was only 25th days old, and I will not ready with same piece if you will send back to me. if you will not exchange the shoes and respond to me i know and can take the next necessary steps in legal terms

i want exchange this shoes with same design and size.
