I Diwane Mangesh Anil, owner of flat with my mother Mrs.Vandana Anil Diwane, in Shree Gajanan Park, Nashik Road, Sinnar phata. Building is constructed by Shree Buildcon and Associate (PAN no. AAXFS1761P). On 28th Aug, 2014. i faced theft incident at my home. As per our consideration CCTV CAMERAS are installed. But when I appreached to builder for CCTV footage, i came to know that only camreas are installed recording devices are present. This is not acceptable and fraud as per agreement. Kindly accept my complaint.

Builder should start CCTV camera operation, corporation water, intercom system. & Builder should accept responsibility of this theft that this is happen because of insufficient security, even he is unable to provide CCTV footage. & pay me back 35000/- INR.
