I have bought a TVS Wego Scooter from the TVS dealer Siddhivinayak TVS, Wagholi, Pune, on 13th June 2013. It is more then one year now, they are not providing the registration details of my vehicle with RTO. They had given me the wrong Vehicle Registration number also which i discovered recently. I have visited them many times in the year but everytime they say that we will provide the details in a week and then nothing come from their side.I have been using the wrong Vehicle registration number on my vehicle since one year due to their mistake, which is an offence. I am still not sure if the number they have provided me now is correct or not as they have not provided any RTO registration recipt.

I want them To provide the correct details as soon as possible and take the responsibility of the vehicle when it is not secured under insurence. They should be fined by RTO dept for this ignorance and carelessness. TVS compeny should see in to the mattaer and take necessery action against the dealer as well because the dealer is representing TVS company.
