A week ago I bought a dishwasher of Siemens. The company salesmen always say that the soap is available “anywhere”. When I insisted on name of at least one shop, nobody had any answer. When I called the CCC (1800 209 1850), they gave me a contact number which did not exist. After installing the machine,day before yesterday, it was operated once in the presence of the company technician with the soap/tablet provided by the company. Today when I called the company to check about the outlets for the soap, I am told that there is a shortage in the market and so will not be available till the 27th of April.

I want the company to compensate me by giving me free at least 100 Finish Powerballs which they recommend for each wash.
