I have purchased a new car on 28.03.2014 and have faced lot of problems and still it is in dealers show room. Even though I have sent many mails I have not received any reply mail. I would have met with an accident because of the problems in new car but by God’s Grace I saved my life. Almost 15 days have gone and still not received the car. I have not even taken my food and not able to sleep and carry out my job. I need a new car without any damages and Rs.20 Lacs as compensation. I shall submit all the mails which has been sent on receiving a mail from your end.

1) Engine sound is more compared to other new vehicle of the same model. Skoda Rapid Ultima. 2) While switching on the A/C the Fog forms on the front glass with in 12 kms and all the dusts on the road sticks to the glass. I was not able to view front vehicle on the road. Even after giving the vehicle for rework and confirmation received from senior workshop manager the issues had been rectified when I test drived the vehicle the same problem has raised. A/C was working in 4 only. A/C noise was more. 3) The iron dusts which had stuck on the body of the vehicle was removed only after a weeks time when I had to wait nearly 3 hours in the show room. I was informed by Pragatheesh – Sales Rep that all the dusts were removed and delivery can be taken almost for 3 days before carrying out the above work since nothing was removed. 4) Even on the number plates which had rusts were fixed on the numbers plates and was not changed when I asked them to change which has removed the paints in the car. I was fed up and changed myself. 5) The window glass on the right side of the driver seat was not working properly. Straight line scratches had occurred. They have not changed the glass. 6) A hole on the right side door was found out and I informed them to change the door but they have only repainted the door. 7) Insurance coverage for Bumper to Bumper was collected by them but they have not paid. In the insurance document the above was not mentioned. 8) Because of the type of seats fixed back pain has happened and I was not able to drive the vehicle. I was not even able to walk while getting out of the car. Since not using the vehicle no back paid is there now for me. 9) I didn’t have food for the past 2 days and was not able to sleep since no reply was received from customer care – Skoda Auto India, Aurangabad and Guru Dev Motors where I took the vehicle. 10) Even though the loan was sanctioned and paid by ICICI Bank only after 25th the ECS has started this month 10th itself. I was not even received any details about the loan sanctioned and interest payable and ECS amount when Guru Dev Motors (P) Ltd has received the payment from ICICI. 11) I was not shown the vehicle which will be delivered to me before sending it for registration. If shown I would have found out the problems and asked them the deliver some other original vehicle. 12) Heavy amount has been asked by sales representative since I am purchasing a new vehicle and he needs money to solve his personal problem. He informed me he is collecting cash from all the customers at the time of delivery. I believed his word and paid him. The worst mistake I did is believing his words. Few more things which I can submit when I receive a mail.
