Dear Sir/ Madam, I have Skoda Rapid KA 03 MS 1138 which I bought in April 2013. On 29th Nov 2014 while driving with my wife, 7 years and 8 months old sons from Bangalore to Hubli via NH4 , I met with an accident at Chitradurga District when a two wheeler tried crossing 6 lane highway through divider. The two wheeler driver died on the spot and my Skoda Rapid vehicle damaged badly from front. But my car’s airbag didn’t open. I immediately called Skoda and inform about this but they didn’t take any action. After that I wrote an email on 1st Dec 2014 and didn’t receive any acknowledgement. I wrote back again on 5th Dec 2014 when I didn’t receive any acknowledgement. Finally on 8th Dec 2014 I received a call followed by email asking for FIR copy, spot photograph and other details. I provided the details on the same day and after that again no feedback. Due to this I have serious doubt on safety of Skoda Rapid vehicle and don’t want to drive again this unsafe vehicle. Hence my request is to get the compensation from Skoda India so that I can buy any other car which may have better safety features. Thanks Shailesh +91 9620607xxx
