We are have an MTNL’s land line connection bearing no. 27401222; C. A. No. – 2070071048 in Navi Mumbai, located at Taloja, i.e. Plot No. – T- 15, Taloja M.I.D.C. We are currently subscribed to Plan – 500 with DSL TriB 1199 for our Broadband Internet requirements.
From last 20 days we have facing disconnection during browsing. As per MTNL’s technician person suggested, this would happened due to low frequency range and need to boost the frequency manually at your end. We are requesting to you for increase the frequency range to redress our problem. We are facing lots of difficulties due to said problem.
