Snap Deal – Consignment received in Damage Condition

Dear Sir, I’m following from last 20days regarding my amount to be return to my account through NEFT. First they ask me to provide bank details, Which had been provided to them as requested. The Reason for refund,as the product what I’have received from Snap deal is in Damage Condition. The Order No is:2485187447 The Invoice No: B47768/14-15/724

While Speaking With Customer Executive of Snap Deal,I have to provide all the details again and again on calls, I have to speak same concern again which waist our time. Even calling to customer executive is chargeable.

I want only my amount to be credited to my SBI account.
