hello sir/madam I had order “brite trimmer 510” on 1st Oct. 2014. but during transaction I tried two times and rupee was deducted but order was not confirm. Then I tried to contact them via mail and phone but they are not giving me proper answer, Whenever I mail them they are told me within 4-5 day this issue will resolve, but now this is more than one week. Still they do not deposit money in my account. Please help me.

That order of “brite trimmer 510” was in Rs.305/- and I had try two times so there was Rs.610/- was deducted from my account.
