i have bought this product via online shopping website www.snapdeal.com on 08-DEC-2014.i have received this product on 16-Dec-2014. when i have use this product for about 7-8 days i have come to know that this product is having a defect. it is a air sofa which needs to be filled with air. but it is having a puncture in it. so i punctured it once and second i found one another puncture. after second puncture i found third and so many. after some special checking i found that the joints in it are very poor. i have also complained snapdeal website for the same but they refused me by saying that we will not accept the product back. so i am requesting you to solve this problem
now i want the website www.snapdeal.com to accept this defective product back and return my money to me.
