Hello Sir/Madam, I am writing to complaint about the poor service of “Snapdeal.com” where they have not refunded my amount as committed. 1. I ordered “Puma Atom Dp Black Running Shoes” in ‘Snapdeal.com’ on 10th May 2015 and it’s delivered to me on 13th May 2015. 2. Due to the size issue I gave request to return the product and to refund the amount on 14th May and the product was picked up by the courier on 15th May 2015. 3. I am supposed to receive the refund in 5 to 7 days to the bank account from which I paid as per their mail confirmation. 4. Till 23rd may I did not receive the refund so I called to their customer care . 5. I was shocked to know that the amount was credited to ‘Snap Deal Wallet / Cash’ without my approval and that’s the reason for not getting the refund. (This is a cheap technique to force the customer to buy some other product from them for the money paid) 6. I raised the complaint on the same day (23rd May) to credit the refund in my bank account . Complaint reference number : 01569103 7. On 25th May got response from Sanapdeal that the process is initiated and the amount will be credited in 4 business days. That should be with in 28th May. 8. Unfortunately even on 1st June 2015 I have not received the refund and sent a mail to SnapDeal expressing my concerns.
Please take appropriate action to get my refund amount Rs 1650.
