Dear Sir, I bought and installed Eureka Forbes 8Ltd Aquasure UV+RO Water purified from online shopping Snapdeal.com. However equipment was found faulty and started facing issues such as leakage electric shock and no proper water input/output from the equipment in the very next next day. There have been several complaints made to the company at their customer service no.02239883333 and could not be resolved the problems during these period of 6 months and till now. Further I brought my problems to their Managerial Staff Mr. Rohit, Mr.Sunil Yadav, Mr. Lal Yadav, Mr.Pradip Joshi, but all my requests have not been considered. As a last effort I contacted their Mumbai Head Mr. Subhashish Mob. No.9833754261, but he denied to take any responsibility. In view of these instances, I am convinced, the Product suffers from manufacturing defect that their executives are refusing to acknowledge. Their deficient services have left me highly frustrated and under a lot of mental stress. Hence I request your good self to intervene in the matter and to take necessary action to refund my money with a compensation of extreme stress and mental agony they have caused to me. Thanks, Ajitha
