Sir/Mam, This is to inform you regarding the poor service of Bluedart surface . I have ordered Headly 20 Kg dumbells from snapdeal.com on 11.05.2015 . They showed me that my order will be delivered to me by 18.05.2015. Snapdeal dispatched my order on 13.05.2015 which i have no issues with but from since the bluedart courier is not been able to complete my order and when i am calling to them they are not entertaining me and when i called the second time they didn’t picked up my call . since from then 10 days have passed and i haven’t received my order.
