Snapdeal.com – False information on Shipping

I ordered a 23 inch TV from Snapdeal.com (Order ID – 3500310012) on 10-11-2014. The exact delivery date for the product specified as per Snapdeal.com was 19-11-2014. The courier was shipped from HYDERABAD through Safexpress courier service and I did not receive the product on 19-11-2014. As per my communication with Snapdeal.com on 19-11-2014, they updated the product delivery date to 25-11-2014 as the consignment was still in its way. Now, as per my communication with Snapdeal.com on 25-11-2014, the product delivery date was again revised to 1-12-2014. Now, as per my communication with the Safexpress courier team, they have lost the courier (i.e. the TV which was shipped from Hyderabad to Noida). These details are communicated to Snapdeal.com but they are not giving me the product and they are also not ready to cancel the order.

I have spent 12500/- approx rupees on this order and snapdeal.com is not returning my money.
