I had buy cell phone ZTE V5 (Rs 8990.0) from snapdeal.com. I received this product on 18 Dec 2014 at 08 PM.(delivery delay issue). Invoice copy is teared, so I can not register for mobile insurance. I highlighted this issue to snapdeal ,I got invoice copy but it does not contains IMEI no. I raised complain against the same again. Then I got invoice copy but due to delay I can not register for mobile insurance. One free gift was there 8GB memory card which was not in the product delivery. Again I raised complain regarding 8Gb card. Snapdeal was not aware of free product. They replied to send free product details /snapshot.After 3 to 4 days they provide me compensation for same, not in cash (rupees) in the form of snapdeal cash.I demand 32 GB memory card for delay & not product awareness or otherwise return my cell phone & refund me. But this issue is in open state. From last 8 to 10 days I followup for same but still not getting any proper /satisfactory solution.”As soon as this problem will be resolved ” this answer I get each and every time when I called to Snapdeal customer care executive. But not getting any date or time for resolution.I don’t want any 32GB memory card from your side, Strictly I want refund for same product ZTE V5. Kindly provide me input so that this product will return.Thanks.
