Dear Sir/Ma’am We had ordered a football on ‘www.snapdeal.com‘. Our order id was ‘4663845249’ under which our Sub-order was ‘6588328700’.Our product was ‘Kipsta S5 Hardground Football’. When we placed the order it was closed due to our inavailability to attend the product’s delivery.When we contacted Snapdeal costumer they said that our cash will be sent to our account as SD cash in 2-3 buisness days.But there was no cash in our account.The same thing has reapeated 3-4 times since past 3 months.Even after complaining at their costumer care we do not have either SD cash or Football.We have ordered from email id ‘jhansimaharaj@rediffmail.com’ and our mobile number was ‘704290xxx’ . We do not have the product. Since it was taken by joining money from many people they are blaming me for this failure and i had to give them money from my personal account.
