My name is sushantgodhwani and my registered mail id is sushantgodhwani@gmail.com in snapdeal.com I have raised a complaint in snapdeal.com and my complain no is Complaint Number – 5315718 And order id is 1753725933 I have purchased mobile Sony Xperia Z ultra from snapdeal and when I received the mobile and I have lodged a complaint that flash is not present in the phone but it was mentioned in the site that flash is present in the phone. They checked and found that my complaint is genuine So I raised a complaint and snapdeal representative assured me that we will arrange reverse pickup and your money will be refunded back. Then aftet they didn’t arrange reverse pickup they didn’t collect back my cell phone I called up again and again. Then they told me that y0u send the product through courier. Then I again send the product through courier and send the receipt to snapdeal. Then again they told me that they have not received the product but it was showing in the first flight courier web site that they have received the product. They told me that we will not consider the first flight courier web site send us proof of delivery that we have received the product. Then again I arranged proof of delivery somehow I again mailed the same to them. Then they told me you will receive a call within 24 hrs but again there was no reply from the company. Then I called up again and again then they told me that we have initiated refund on 12 april not it had been almost 3 months and told me that you will get the refund within 5 to 7 working days. It had been almost 3 months but they are not refunding my money back.
They have recieved there product back but now they are not refunding my money back since from last 3 months I have sent my neft details but till today I have not recieved my refund money Each and every time I get the same reply by there representative that we will contact you within 24 hours but till today there is no reply from there concern team. I am calling again and again since from last 45 days. Now i believe that they are not interested in giving my refund back. My courier charges were refunded within 3 days and my money of my cell phone sony xperia z ultra has not been refunded till today and the bank details are same which i provided earlier. Now they are telling me that the bank details are same or not which I provided earlier when my courier charges were refunded. My bank details were same which I have provided earlier when my courier charges were refunded but my money of cell phone is not refunded.
