Dear sir/madam, I purchased a dell pc monitor from snapdeal worth 14600 rupees on july 14th 2013, order number 1109056175 , the product was faulty as well as very old , so i resend it back to the supplier by snapdeal’s 7 days easy return policy, complaint number is 2574623 , but snapdeal delayed the reverse pick up and finally the product reached snapdeal on 2nd sep 2013 , As per the conversation with snapdeal the refund process they initiated on 6 th sep 2013 but the refund is not received yet even after 21 days. I tried to communicate with snapdeal customer care executives(customer care number 09212692126 ) but i did not get the refund yet.
