I have bought Skull Candy Earphones from www.snapdeal.com for an amount of Rs.888/- on 31.03.2014 (Order ID 1890419922) with a One year warranty. However the product got malfunctioned after 3 months. I contacted the manufacturer of Skull Candy with a bill for repair of the product. However i was told that the product is duplicate and they cannot help it. Afterwards i approached the Snapdeal for the help as i bought the product from their website. However they also denied me help citing their policies. I have written several mails to them but have not received any help on my concern.

I want my money refunded and compensation for the mental agony caused in this regard
