I had bought a LED make Panasonic from snapdeal.com on COD when I received the LED it was not carrying any Serial Number so Panasonic refused to give warranty. I sent the LED back and they promised to send me new LED as their supervisor said the LED might be smuggled so we will give you new but to my surprise the replacement was the same and I refused to accept and asked for refund. But now they are not giving the refund or replying back. I had bought on 06-10-2014 and order no. is 3027408811 and request no. 12298281 for refund. I have been suffering at their hands from more than two months.

All I ask is the refund that I paid for the LED that is 19990/- . They have harassed me for over two months and are not refunding me my money.
