I ordered an Apple iphone4s worth Rs 18,399/- on 24th December 2014 from snapdeal.com but still now I did not revived the product, when I called customer care they said product is not delivered from there end and when I asked to cancel my product and return my amount they refuse to cancel.

Due to this process if they are not paying me back before 10th Jan 2015 I have to pay extra money to bank because bank converted my payment into EMI if I canceled the EMI I have to pay 12.36% ( Rs 2077.11 Extra ) against service charge for cancellation of EMI
