I was delivered an inferior(wrong) product twice, inspite of my making it clear to M/s. Snapdeal the very first time the product was delivered. I have already paid for the product in full. Now they have blocked my mobile no. with the message that, ‘the person is busy on another call’. They have intimated me through email that they are willing to give my money back through NEFT. Documents show what I ordered and what they sent, twice. I’ve written to them a few times. They still advertise the product on there website – snapdeal.com
I want them to delivered me the exact product that I paid for one with a 5 year warranty and not the one with 3 years limited warranty that they have been trying to sell me deliberately. I also want to be adequately compensated for the monetary loss and the trauma I have gone through.
