#Pathetic customer support by #snapdeal!! They sent me a damaged fridge and were assuring that if there is any issue with the product they will refund or replace the product. but after i received the product it was damaged and when i asked for refund they inform me that they cannot arrange for a reverse pickup and till the time they don’t receive the product they wont refund. wen they can send the product it is their responsibility to make sure the product is good in the first place. if not do necessary arrangement. its almost being a month i am calling them and the response i get is your sent the product or we are trying and arranging. if i have to send a 20-25 kg fridge to another place its goin to cost me a bomb almost half the price of the product. these damaged products are int he market for half price which snapdeal is selling people. I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE MY MONEY BACK. i no more have trust in Snapdeal or their products. Please pick the product and courier it as you want. if you can manage shipping you can do this. They have my money for almost a month now.
