SnapDeal – damaged product delivered and then providing to refund

snapdeal which provide trustpay protects customers with a 100% moneyback guarantee if there is an issue with product quality, size or delivery… all false statements…. when you call their all center all rude people …and cut the phone… when you call the again to escalate the matter the provide a icing on the cake….. please look into this what can be done…. complain no :4809509…. the product received is damaged. the socket pin itself is damaged. request you to please initiate the refund for the same. i shop so many time from snapdeal but i have never received such bad product delivery delay with damaged product. would like to initiate a sd cash refund for the same. please find the pic attached for the same. — shivendu gupta
