SnapDeal – Defective Product refund delayed

I ordered gray nicolls e41 bat from snapdeal and they send me defective product but after complaint they give me two option replacement or refund so i opt replacement then they collect bat from my home but after two days they told me replacement failed refund process initiated then i asked them why it is failed they didn’t give me any reply so their intention are clear that they only want to sell defective product only i don’t want refund i want replacement with fresh product Order ID 39603635
