SnapDeal – delay in delivery product poor response

Hi SnapDeal promised to deliver products in a days as per the site deal.I have placed order on 20th April 2014 evening for buying microwave dinner set and now it’s been 9 days passed and no response on site and not from its customer care. I also wrote to its CEO mr. Kunal Bahl: @Kunal: Please do the needful as I think these guys are not taking thing seriously about customer Experience improvement, One customer won’t make much impact on you but yes surely it will impact Snapdeal BIG name. Please do the needful as they hold my paid money for the past 9 days and now today i got my order cancelled. Please do the neeful as I got mental harassment while following with them.

I want only one thing that they should not harass any of their customer like this after promising one day delivery. Also want interest on my money that they hold for 9 days.
