Hi, My refund against order No.10425263 is long pending. Product against this order no. was returned on the same date when I received defective product from Snapdeal 2nd Oct 2014 but still the money is not refunded. All necessary compliances as required by company is already done.I send more than 10 emails and several calls to Snapdeal team. But they always assured me for clearing my refund within few days but till date I am awaiting my refund despite of sharing my Bank account details. Please help me asap.Regards Arun Pathak

I request you to please penalize Snapdeal with 100 Times penalty amount against my pending refund. This will help every customer in resolving issues faster and will give tougher action against these companies.
