I have ordered a sony playstation 2 from snapdeal.com on 8 oct 2013 i have received the faulty product at 16 oct and launch the complaint against the same i have also called the customer care for 12 times but no action ha sbeen taken against my complaint my order no is 1315153898 Complaint Number: 3561879 every time they send me computer generated mail and ignore the issue sites like snap deal are playing with the trust and money of the buyers and leaving behind the bad impression to online shopping and e-commerce.
I’d also like to know the status of the consumer when e-commerce companies ship faulty products and then point the finger at the service center. Is it a deliberate Hand in Glove operation by Brands & Online retailers to wash away with refurbished and faulty products offering some discount ?
