SnapDeal Delivered Defective Product

I recently purchased a digital camera from Snapdeal site vide order no: 1967046752 .The camera that was delivered was defective and I called the company within 48 hrs of receiving the camera to arrange for replacement.
Although they mention on the site about 7 days no question asked return policy, the customer service is extremely poor and their is no follow up regarding the replacement. They keep diverting issue by informing that contact service center and other such things.
