I had purchased RPB Green Cotton Long Kurta Pajama set for my dad on Diwali but Snapdeal delivered wrong product i.e.Nehru Jacket. My order number 3109159492 I returned it through Bibha Currier on 21st October. But I still have not received my refund. Daily I called to customer support executive, mailed, even to Mr. Rohit and Kunal but nobody take the action.I am really frustrating now.

I need my money back ASAP and if possible, I need the compensation for the time and money which I spent on calling and emailing so many times and mentally harassment.
