I ordered iphone 5s worth 38,499 on 16th oct 2014. The product is supposed to be delivered on 22nd oct 2014. Today, its 12th nov 2014 and the product is not delivered yet. An amount of 38,499 has been deducted from my credit card. I kept on calling the snapdeal customer care from that day till today. I have wasted lot of my time and money in calling these people. I want my money back with interest. If i don’t get the money back in 3 days, i’m going to put this into consumer court. Order ID:3219087241 name- Venkatesh
