I purchased videocon refrigerator “VAL294B Double Door 285Ltr Refrigerator Black” color through online shopping from SNAPDEAL.COM. As per the information on the snapdeal.com web page, the energy rating of the product was 4 star. But when i received the product and opened, its actual energy rating was 3 star. only reason why selected this product and this company was because of its energy rating. I enquired and even sent multiple e-mails with photos of the product to snapdeal.com consumer section asking for a clarification. But i have not received reply. Here with i would like to file a complaint. Kindly do the neddful.

I would like to have relief in terms of refund of the product or money equialant to economic loss that may occur due to excess consumption of energy for the next 15-20 years
