I purchased online HP Deskjet Printer no.1515 on 2nd december 2013. I received a courier from snapdeal on 5th December. On cover i saw a invoice no.DKH/13-14/13916 where buyers name is mine i.e. Dr. Balaji Patil ad item description id HP Deskjet 1515 price 5064. Then i removed cover inside i found that the printer is actually lesser version of HP Deskjey i.e. HP Deskjet 1510. Above all inside i found a another invoice number DKH/13-14/13903 where the buyer is Mr. Naushad MM with an statement stating dummy address and dummy phone number. Item description stated in this invoice is HP Deskjet 1510 and price is 3034.70. It means on cover they pasted what i ordered and inside everything was different. When i put a mail then are not giving the answer for my mail instead they are just sending me formatted letters.

I want them to deliver ordered product in 2 days of time
