I have ordered JK Tyres – ULTIMA XP – 145/80 R-12 – Tubeless (Set of 4 Tyres)from Snapdeal on 22-NOV-2013 with Order Number 1445000805. I have received the order on 26-NOV-2013 evening without any package. Next day Morning on 27-NOV-2013 when I check the order they are faulty tyres as well as Wrong product shipped. I have ordered 4 tubeless tyres. But I have received 3 are tubeless and faulty and one was tube tyre. hence I have raised a complaint with ticket number 4104667 and I was told the issue will be resolved in 48 hours. I have also sent faulty products images to the email address help@snapdeal.com. But till now there is no response, Either they are not picking the item from me nor not refunding the money. Please help me in this regard. I have attached all the supporting documents herewith.

I am expecting refund soon so that I can purchase the products some where else. Until I am struck up and I am getting verymych late. Thanks, Chandra
