I ordered for 2 badminton cosco CB88 combo offer containing 2 bats for 341 rs. So i ordered for 2 combo offers(so 682 rs), so totally 4 bats. But what happened was when they delivered, they delivered 2 parcels of only 3 bats. One containing 2 bats as shown or promised by Snapdeal and another parcel containing just one bat instead of the promised 2 bats (totally only 3 out of 4 bats received). I have raised a request about this with Snapdeal but they are trying to use this situation to their advantage and not refunding 341 rs that i asked, for which i told them i would return that single bat parcel to them. But they are not responding and making me feel stressed and i have spent nearly 100 rs on calls itself to them. More than money now i want them to be punished for the stress they have created for an end customer like me and not fulfilling the promise they put on their site and exploiting the customers with the boldness that this is online transaction and the only way to contact them is through mail and their customer care and their thought that they can get away with not delivering what they promised and can exploit and fool the customers.
I want the same bat(that combo offer is still in the site and thus the bats are in stock) delivered to my address with good quality or want 341 rs refunded and i will give them back their single bat(which i haven’t even opened). Plus i want my call charges that i have spent to be refunded and a good punishment to be imposed on Snapdeal for their arrogance that they can cheat customers however they want and they can get away with whatever they do. They should be made to pay for their wrong doings and Justice should prevail
