Hi,i purchase toshiba laptop with www.snapdeal.com online with bill no 7817, dated 11-01-2014,for reference as attachments for bill and toshiba engineer report also attached,as laptop is booting slow and some keys and wifi is not working in this laptop and when i raised complaint with toshiba-india and snapdeal both are making fool,as snapdeal complaint no is 4826197 on 22/01/2014 but till now they are not taking product retrun as i received product on 17/01/2014 and till 17 to 22 i download required drivers and make laptop start but still wifi is not working and i raised complaint with toshiba also they send engineer and as per engineer report system is having some physical problem so i request to return the product but snapdeal is not giving any proper response and they are cheating with me please suggest me and return my product.
i want to get money from snapdeal.com as i dont want to replace because again if some other product will get damage, kindly help me to please return my product and refund my money.
