I am very depressed with purchase a gift product from Snapdeal. This is my second time when i feel Snapdeal cheats to customer.First time i ignored it due to my thought that it may be incident with me but now i realized that Snapdeal makes fool to customer. Sir,I have paced my order dated on 18th May 2014 after confirmation of Snapdeal Website that it will dispatched in two business day. I have also confirmed with their executive (telephonic) for its delivery.After that confirmation i placed that order & got confirmation on my mail that product will be delivered by 23rd May 2014.On the 22nd May 2014 I followed to that courier dept (As per tracking no given by Snapdeal) for checking the real status of courier.As per courier dept. product can’t be delivered on the time line given by Snapdeal. Again I contact to Snapdeal for the real status,they committed me the that product will be delivery by 23rd May as any how. Again they fail.Again i contact to Snapdeal representative on 24th for my delivery & after that final commitment for 25th,they again failed.Finally my product was delivered on 26th May 2014. Sir, i had placed this order for a very important occasion & for a special kid who came to my house for a special occasion/time.Now i feel apologizes due to Snapdeal service.Now this product is valueless & meaningless for me due to late delivery Sir,Now i want to take a strict action against Snapdeal. It should be closed to shop online. Through.Through your help i can go to end for closed this website to shop.
