I have ordered Micromax Knight a 350 on 11.11.2014, they told the expected delivery date is 20.11.2014 & displayed in website.i have not received on that day, next day i called to customer care of snapdeal & registered the complaint no.12051481, they informed that it will get resolved in 24 hours, after 1 day again i called them, they are telling that it will take time and registered new complaint number.12137703 & estimated deliver date changed to 26.11.2014, but still date i have not received, and today (27.11.2014) the online status is saying that it will be deliver by 02.12.2014, this is the 3rd time they are changing the Delivery date. Each time i have observed that after expiry of delivery date, they are giving new delivery date and in the status they are telling that mobile is unanswered/ unreachable & address is complete.
I have called so many times to track that order, they have provided one number of Puna, it is not toll free number. Since 15 days, Snap deal people harassed me mentally by giving one one reason at one one time. I have to present this mobile to my friend on his special occasion day. I paid Rs.15000/- cash to my friend.
