I purchased Equinox Digital weighing machine from SnapDeal (Order #1263236391). As part of order, Free Cells + Carry bag was supposed to be delivered. This was NOT delivered in the packet. While contacted SnapDeal cust support & after lot of mails, they sent a bag of around Rs. 5 which can’t even use to put the equipment in it and the cells delivered can not be used in the equipment. They are not responding to the issue. Please look into it and I can provide futher details as required.

I want the acceptance of unfair deal from SnapDeal in written, provide the missing items as per order details along with penalty to vendor to refund the equipment cost causing this issue.
