In February 2015 I placed an order SnapDeal and cancelled it before product was shipped. I was promised for a refund of charges on my credit card but never got it. Multiple phone calls and emails are in vain. I even sent them my credit card statements clearly showing no refund of their charges. Every time I call them they say they have processed refund which never really comes to me.

The amount they have not refunded is Rs. 7303/-. But they put me through this painful followup so many times to get my money back. It is more like they stole my money. Their customer care reps are very unfriendly and irresponsible. I had to devout time and money to call them multiple times in last four months.
