hello my name is rahul goyal.i live in faridabad i ordered a set of 4 michelin Tyre from snapdeals on 12th dec13. the size of the michelin Tyre was 205/55 R 16 they offered a discount of 76% and after discount i paid around 9200 rupees from my friend credit card. now what happened is i got a message from them on 17th dec 13 that your shipment has been delayed due to some unavoidable reason they sent me the message on 17th which is expected shipping date.i call them on their helpline they informed me that demand was high so seller is arranging Tyre .i said fine.now what happened on 23th dec13 i got a message from them that your order has been cancelled due to unavailability of stock. now my question is why the deal was active when they dint had the product..?? why they took so long to inform me that the stock is not there? if the deal was active and and i have ordered who gave them right to cancel my order without any intimation.? it is there problem to arrange the thing which they have offered lucrative discount. i endorsed for them like anything and in return i become the laughing gag in front of my family and friends. this has hurt my sentiments. if u cant fulfill your deal why the hell you try to make online shopping lucrative.? after two days when they mailed me about cancellation of order they made that product available. is it some funny game they are playing with users.?? i want you to take a strong action toward them as they are playing with the feeling of a online buyer. regards

i want my deal to be take place for free now or anythng harsh panality toward snapdeal and devsons automotive private ltd.
