I didn’t received an invoice for a product i purchased on snapdeal (Micromax canvas knight) on DEC 2014.But i didn’t noticed that. Now my mobile phone is not working properly. While claiming a warranty to micromax service center, they said that they need an invoice to give a warranty. Then after i checked my mail and realized that snapdeal didn’t send an invoice to me. Then i file a complaint on 29 Apr 2015. First they said that within 24 hours my problem will be resolved. Then they said that within 48 hours it will be resolved. Each and every time i call to them, they give same answer. They didn’t contact me anymore about this issue till now. So please help me on this issue. Please give me my invoice so that only i can claim my warranty. Regards, Umar farook
