SnapDeal Payment Gateway Amount Deducted, No Transaction

Dear Sir, On Aug 25,2014 I tried to order online an Induction cooker through Snapdeal.Even after payement they said transaction failed and amount was deducted from my account.They said the amount will be refunded in 2-3 working days.So I ordered again.This time it sayed successful booking. Next day I started getting message about 2 orders of same product.I called customer care and mailed them.They said they are sorry but order has been shipped.So I need to refuse one of the products to get refund. On Aug 28th I redused one order and accepted another.But since then inspite of calling and mailing them no proper reply when I will be refunded has been recieved .Please help me.
