I placed an order of Ipad mini with 16gb wifi on 4th September. even after 18days i haven’t received the product. Under TrustPay of snapdeal i should get the refund of my money. But they breached their promise and didn’t refund my money. My productivity has been affected because they failed to deliver the product on time.
