I had ordered a product from snapdeal with order number 2851273715 . I paid rs19945 via my credit card on 16 th of September. I was given a shipping date of 19 the September . the product was not shipped on that date and I received a message on 21st that it has been cancelled. now snapdeal is giving me a time of 7 days to revert my amount to the bank. the product was not in stock and i was kept in dark and left waiting for 3 days . then they decided to let me know that it is cancelled . when I talked to their customer care they told me I have done a mistake and should not buy online . I need compensation for all the time and effort I have wasted in this lat week . there are cases with snapdeal where the money has not been reverted after one month . if any of such case occurs snapdeal should be held responsible for the fnanaicial loss I am going to suffer
I had to call their customer service number of times to know why the ordered was delayed as I was supposed to leave city on 25 but I got no satisfactory answer so I had to cancel my flight tickets . I don’t the money I have lost but snapdeal should be held responsible and they should pay for the inconvenience and harassment and mental tension I am suffering because my money is now stuck with them
